Celebrate with C & S on July 4th

C & S will be open July 4, 2011 from 5 pm until 10.  We are kicking off our Regional  Summer Seafood Specialties paired with American Micro Brews.  4 courses for only $39!!!  Menu will run from Monday July 4th to Sunday July 10 th.

Shrimp & Andouille Gumbo paired w/ Abita Amber Ale, Georgia Sapelo Island Clams in white wine & garlic paired w/ Sweetwater WaterKeeper Ale, Cedar Planked N.W. Salmon w/ Dungeness Crab Bernaise paired w/ Rouge Dead Guy Ale & Jon Schwenk’s Grande Mere’s Strawberry Tart paired w/ 3 Philosphers.

We are also offering a number of other specials including, $30 New England Lobster Dinner, $1 Blue Pointes, $3 Abita Amber Ale & Warsteiner Draft, & half price on all bottles of wine.
